Account Suspension or Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or as required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion.

You agree not to: Use the Services for unlawful purposes, Copy or reverse-engineer any part of the Services, Upload viruses or malicious code, Attempt unauthorized access, Interfere with Service functionality, Use automated tools without permission.

Services such as HyCard, HyPortfolio, HyCompany, HyDashboard, and HyInvitations allow you to upload and manage content ("User Content"). You agree that you own or have permission to use your content, your content does not violate third-party rights, and HYNETUS may store or display it solely to provide the Services. We do not claim ownership and may remove violating content.

Some Services include paid features or subscription plans. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay applicable fees, allow recurring billing, and provide accurate payment information. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

All materials within the Services including trademarks, graphics, UI/UX, source code, text, and design elements are owned by HYNETUS or licensed. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and retain your information.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Some features may integrate with third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Use third-party services at your own risk.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

HYNETUS is not liable for loss of profits, business, data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or service interruptions. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold HYNETUS harmless from claims, damages, or losses resulting from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

If you request account deletion, your account will be deactivated, active data removed or anonymized, and some information may be retained for legal or security purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled through appropriate Malaysian courts.

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notices. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
